The Islamic Fatwa Council (IFC) is licensed by the Eminent Grand Ayatollah Shaikh Fadhil al-Budairi to present, clarify and illuminate the laws of Sharia (Islamic Law), conduct comprehensive jurisprudential research, monitor and counter extremist Fatwas, establish the foundations of human rights, apply the edicts of the Islamic Seminary, ordain virtuous scholars with the Islamic attire, and represent Islamic Communities residing in the West.

The Islamic Fatwa Council (IFC) has been recognized by The Eminent Grand Mufti and Legal Jurist Imam Shaikh Abdullah al-Dheeban, as a Fatwa Council that undertakes with authority the task of clarifying and illuminating jurisprudential laws (Sharia edicts) and their understanding for Muslims in general, and in the West in particular; while shedding a bright light on the true of image Islam, one that is far from extremism, terrorism, and racism.

The Islamic Fatwa Council (IFC) has been authorized by the Custodian (Sajjada Nasheen) of Darbar-e-Alia, Saroba Shareef, His Eminence Peer Syed Mudassir Nazar Shah, to serve, represent and defend the interests of Islam through the propagation and clarification of Islamic Law and jurisprudential reasoning. His Excellency supervises the clarification of Islamic Law issued by IFC to Sufi Muslims in the West.
